STC is a consulting firm that provides guidance on facilities management and simplifies the process of handling facility needs for Property Managers and Owners. 


We are not a contracting company. We work with contractors who will provide proposals to you directly. You will not pay additional fees to the contractors we engage. Typically, you will receive a discount due to our relationships with them.

Our business is built on a strong professional network. We create partnerships built on a foundation of transparency and an awareness of each client’s unique needs, with that we’re able to use our network to provide you with concierge level service for all of your and your facility’s needs.

STC Services Include:

Project Preparation

  • Review of facility needs, budget, and preparing a team of well-suited contractors to provide competitive proposals

Project Execution

  • Continuing or integrating into an ongoing project to assist with project management and streamlining execution for both the contractors and property stakeholders

Facility Planning

  • Identifying and working with contractors to provide accurate budget figures on any outstanding projects (CapEx budgeting).

Property Infrastructure Condition Assessments

  • Includes full report on the state of the property’s supporting infrastructure and consultation with relevant contractors to provide accurate budgeting of potential capital expenditures

Process Development/Improvement

  • Assist property staff with creating and implementing budgeting, upgrades, and maintenance processes and procedures

Technical and Strategic Workshops

  • Facilitation of hands on training designed for engineering staff, includes engaging subject matter experts to train staff on how to correctly perform the technical aspects of their work
  • Conference style training and facilitation of process implementation

At STC, we recognize that every business needs support and varying degrees of it.  We do not have a set program that you need to work into, we will work with you the way you need us to.  If you need someone to help figure out what the next steps are, or take a project from conception through execution, or just help you find competent contractors to bid the scope you already have, we're here for you.  If you need to develop a capital expenditure budget for the 5 years, we'll walkthrough your property and identify any and all projects that may need to happen and provide budget figures from the contractors that do the work, or if you just a need an updated budget in an ongoing plan, we're here for you.

We have an extensive network of contractors in the region that provide our clients with their best pricing upfront, we leverage the entire portfolio of properties we're engaged with to maintain access to the best support and industry information from our contractors.


We take a holistic approach to project planning, not being tied to a single trade or project, with transparency on your part, we're able to ensure there are no wasted efforts or overlapping work.
